Fourth ward homes are nestled in the historic district downtown Atlanta. This was an investor project that hired us to build a turn key home. Our design originated with the idea of using the existing space and old fireplace and adding on. As our team began, the house had many structural issues including a foundation that had disintegrated. Our team shifted directions and we were able to give our client a turn key, new construction that sold above market value and has won several awards. It has beautiful architectural charm as well as modern elements that make it inviting and welcoming
