This was one of our turner field projects. This is such a fun area to be designing and building in. GA State has moved in that area and it has become such a fun place to live. This project was an investment property. Our clients bought the lot and gave us a desired budget as well as a desired ARV. We came back with this turn key property that sold in just a couple of weeks at 25k more than all the ARVs in the area. We loved combining the old charm of that location with a modern twist.
